Humanizing the Workforce
I am a leader with over 20 years experience in Robotic Process Automation, Transition & Transformation, Change Management, Business Process Management, Analytics and IT Service Management.
Three years ago, the Financial Services company I joined was starting a massive transformation. Fundamentally the new corporate strategy was to simplify, harmonize and automate business processes, aiming to improve the customer experience and generate business growth.
While process standardization was undergoing, I had the opportunity to start and lead the Automation CoE, learning about RPA, Assisted Automation, OCR, Chatbots, Process Mining and NLP, I have also had the opportunity to share my experience, best practices and lessons learnt with other companies, global leaders and practitioners Speaking at international conferences in the United States, Europe and Latinamerica.
One of the most frequent questions I have been asked when sharing experiences with others is “How did you start your Automation Journey?” Then, the next natural question is “How did you scale up and sustain to a broader enterprise level implementation?”
Interesting enough, it has been a 3-Year journey that required resilience, a great team capability and strong sponsorship support. Not to mention that once you look at the results it seems an easy and simple path, but it has actually required a lot of teamwork and leadership.
I now focus on providing Strategic Consulting Services in Intelligent Automation. I am also a recognized Advisor to companies that are Exploring, Scaling or Maturing the implementation of Automation Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
I have worked in partnership with CamSCAT, CINDE and Amcham leading Digital and Automation forums advising companies like Bridgestone, Amway, 3M, World Fuel Services, Walmart, Mondelez, Bacardi, Emerson, Intel, British American Tobaco, P&G, Lonza and others in the different stages of the Automation journey.
I am passionate about helping C-level executives respond the question frequently asked on the "Why do you want to start your automation journey?", by identifying and defining strategic drivers and measurable objectives, specifically oriented to impact P&L through Efficiency, Quality, Staff Augmentation and Risk reduction.
Also, helping Operations, IT and OPEX leaders respond the question on the "What is needed to accomplish your goals?" by implementing a complete Innovation and Operational Excellence framework combined with my 9-step Automation comprehensive and practical guide that will help companies achieve the highest level of Productivity and Benefits.
